Frequently Asked Questions for weighted lap pillow with soft plushy side Sensory Hours of Fun: Size & Weight:80x150cm - 6kg

How should I assess customer reviews before making a purchase?

A feature one buyer dislikes may be acceptable or useful to another. Check whether a complaint concerns an option different from the one you selected.

What should I do if the product seems different from its description?

Check the order confirmation before assuming the wrong version was supplied. Ask the seller to explain the proposed resolution when its scope is unclear.

What should I confirm before asking a seller to hold an order?

Do not assume sending a hold request pauses processing automatically. Ask for acknowledgment before relying on the proposed pause.
